Meritorious Service Medal 'For continuous good service and devotion to duty from 16/17th September, 1918, to 11th November, 1918. This N.C.O. has been a member of the Office Staff of Headquarters 2nd Field Artillery Brigade for the past two years, and by his untiring energy and excellent work he has proved himself of immense value to the smooth working of the Brigade. Both in and out of action this N.C.O. has worked on an average of 14 and 15 hours daily, and it is largely due to his efforts that such excellent results have been obtained.'
