Admitted to No 2 Australian Stationary Hospital, Tel el Kebir, 15 April 1916 (old wound, right arm); transferred by Ambulance Train to 3rd Auxiliary Hospital, 16 April 1916; to 1st Auxiliary Hospital, 13 May 1916.
