Admitted to Fargo Hospital, 16 February 1917 (bronchitis); discharged, and marched into 2nd Training Bn, Durrington, 26 February 1917. Admitted to Parkhouse Hospital, 11 March 1917 (bronchitis); discharged, and marched into 2nd Training Bn, Durrington, 15 March 1917. Found guilty, 3 April 1917, of conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline in that he was absent from church parade: awarded 72 hours' detention.
