Admitted to 6th Field Ambulance, Rue Marle, 9 April 1916 (tonsilitis); discharged to 27th Bn, 11 April 1916. Transferred to 7th Light Trench Mortar Battery, 15 August 1916.

Admitted to 7th Field Ambulance, 31 October 1916, and transferred to Divisional Receiving Station (linia cruries); discharged to unit, 9 November 1916.
