Transferred to Lowlands Convalescent Camp, 2 October 1915; to Rest Camp, 17 October 1915. Rejoined 1st Bn at Gallipoli, 17 October 1915. Admitted to 3rd Field Ambulance (influenza), 8 November 1915; transferred to Hospital Ship 'Maheno', 12 November 1915; transferred to Government Hospital, Alexandria, Eygpt (not get diagnosed), 15 November 1915. Admitted to 1st Australian General Hospital, Heliopolis (tgphpoid, severe), 2 January 1916; discharged from hospital, 20 January 1916.
