Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, Anzac, 5 August 1915, and transferred to Fleetsweeper (colic); disembarked Alexandria, 10 August 1915, and admitted to 1st Australian General Hospital, Heliopolis; transferred to No 3 Auxiliary Hospital, 10 August 1915; to Convalesecent Camp, Zeitoun, 18 August 1915.
