Meritorious Service Medal For continuous good service and devotion to duty during the period 16th/17th September, 1918, to 11th November, 1918. Sergeant HICKEY has carried out the duties allotted to him in a most excellent manner at all times displaying considerable tact and ability. His work as R.S.M. has been all that could be desired and his service with the Battalion and devotion to duty are well worthy of reward.'
