Transferred to Artillery Details, 7 October 1918, and marched out to 3rd Artillery Training Brigade, Heytsbury, 7 October 1918.

Admitted to Military Hospital, Sutton Veny, Wiltshire, 11 November 1918 (measles); discharged to Training Depot, 16 November 1918.

Proceeded overseas to France, 22 January 1919; marched out to Australian Veterinary Hospital, Calais, 25 January 1919; taken on strength, 29 January 1919.

Admitted to 35th General Hospital, 4 February 1919 (not yet diagnosed); transferred to England, 6 March 1919 (debility), and admitted to 3rd London General Hospital (conjunctivitis). Transferred to No. 3 Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 14 March 1919.
