Admitted to 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 23 April 1917; discharged to No 1 Command Depot, Perham Downs, 5 May 1917; total period of treatment for scabies: 13 days.

Admitted to Military Hospital, Wareham, 11 July 1917 (carbuncle); transferred to No 3 Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 19 July 1917; discharged to No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 22 August 1917.
