Son of Edwin and Emma (nee Apps) Ings from Breadalbane, New South Wales. Married Marie Horn who died, and then remarried Ann Elizabeth Rew in approx 1927. Served in Flanders. Re-enlisted in World War II and was a Sergeant at the Hay Prisoner of War Camp. After the war he returned to his trade of Butchering. He then went into the building trade and later became a Parking Police Officer until his retirement. |
