Transferred to HS 'Ionian', 6 August 1915; admitted to Greek Hospital, Alexandria, 9 August 1915 (malaria); discharged to Convalescent Depot, Mustapha, 11 September 1915; discharged to duty, 18 September 1915. Embarked from Alexandria, 15 November 1915; rejoined unit, Imbros, 21 November 1915. Disembarked Alexandria from Mudros (general Gallipoli evacuation), 3 January 1916.
