Embarked Melbourne, 6 March 1918; disembarked Suez, Egypt, 4 April 1918, and marched into Australian Camp, Suez, the same day.

Admitted to Government Hospital, Suez, 8 April 1918 (measles); discharged, 29 April 1918, and marched into 'A' Camp, Suez, the same day.

Embarked, Port Tewfitt, 30 April 1918; appointed Voyage Only Corporal, 6 March 1918; disembarked Southampton, England, 15 May 1918; marched into 14th Training Bn, Codford, 15 May 1918, nad reverts to the rank of Private the same day.

Promoted Acting Corporal, 20 May 1918.

On Command at School of Instruction, Tidworth, 17 June 1918; marched into 14th Training Bn, Codford, 16 August 1918.
