'This N.C.O. has carried out the duties of Quartermaster, Divisional Reinforcement Wing, since October, 1917. During operations Battalion's nucleus details were administered by the Divisional Wing whose strenght, at times, has reached the total of 2500 all ranks. C.Q.M.S. LINKLATER throughout the ever changing flow of incoming and outgoing personnel has maintained supplies and billeting, and superintended the emany clerical details. His energy and painstaking atention to duty under, at times, most trying circumstances has materially assisted in the smooth working of the wing. He is an efficient and capable N.C.O.'
