Military Medal 'For most distinguished gallantry and devotion to duty during the operations went of BRAY on 22nd August, 1918. Lance Corporal LOGAN showed great initiative and courage during the whole attack, especially when two machine guns temporarily held up our advance he rushed the guns killing or wounding the crews, 10 in number. His bravery and coolness in putting these guns out of action thus allowed our advance to continue. The value of Lance Corporal LOGAN's work cannot be over estimated. his splendid conduct inspired other men with the greatest confidence.'
