Detached for duty with 2nd Anzac Headquarters, 29 December 1916.

Found guilty, 8 February 1917, of drunkenness: awarded forfeiture of 10 days' pay.

Found guilty, 22 July 1917, of (1) drunkenness in the field and (2) using obscene language: awarded forfeiture of 3 days' pay.

Marched in, from detachment, to 5th Australian Division Base Depot, Havre, 28 October 1917; taken on strength of Army Veterinary Hospital for duty, Calais, 7 November 1917.
