Proceeded overseas to France, 11 November 1916; marched into 5th Australian Divisional Base Depot, Etaples, 12 November 1916. Marched out to unit, 22 November 1916; taken on strength of 32nd Bn, in the field, 25 November 1916. Admitted to No 38 Casualty Clearing Station, 8 December 1916 (pleurisy); transferred to No 22 General Hospital, Camiers, 10 December 1916; to No 6 Convalescent Depot, Etaples, 17 December 1916; to No 5 Convalescent Depot, Cayeaux, 19 December 1916; discharged and marched into 5th Australian Divisional Base Depot, 28 March 1917.
