Found guilty, Pioneer Training Bn, Larkhill, of being absent without leave from midnight, 5 March 1917, until he reported at camp, 9 pm, 6 March 1917: awarded 7 days' confined to camp and forfeited 3 days' pay; total forfeiture: 4 days' pay.

Proceeded overseas to France, 25 April 1917; taken on strength, 4th Pioneer Bn, 16 May 1917.

Reallotted Regimental Number 3402A.

Detached for duty to 4th Division Field Punishment Compound, 2 August 1917; rejoined unit from detachment, 8 September 1917.
