Admitted to Military Hospital, Frensham Hill, England (influenza), 23 February 1918; discharged to Longmoor Camp, 27 February 1918. Proceeded overseas to France, 20 March 1918. Taken on strength, 2nd ALROC, 28 March 1918; detached to 29th ARLOC, 4 September 1918. Accidentally injured (contusions, back), 5 September 1918; admitted to 10th Casualty Clearing Station.
