Admitted to Field Ambulance, Gallipoli, 31 October 1915; transferred to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 2 November 1915. Proceeded to Alexandria on HS 'Nevasa', 2 November 1915; disembarked, 7 November 1915, and admitted to No 3 Auxiliary Hospital, Heliopolis; transferred to Australian and New Zealand Convalescent Hospital, Helouan, 25 November 1915; discharged to duty, Cairo, 10 December 1915.
