Admitted to 18th General Hospital, Camiers, 10 December 1916 (fractured right rib: accidental, while marching to take post in front line trenches); transferred to England, 14 December 1916, and admitted same day to War Hospital, Norfolk; transferred to 3rd Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 21 December 1916.
