Admitted to 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 2 July 1917 (venereal disease); discharged, 18 August 1917; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 48 days.

Marched in to No 1 Command Depot, Perham Downs, 20 August 1917.
