Military Medal 'During operations on 7th April, 1918, near BAS DE HANGARD, Corporal NUNN drove continuously a Ford Motor Ambulance from U.8.a.95.95 through CACHY to a Regimental Aid Post at U.21.a.5.9. for about 7 hours (from 05.00 to 1200). This road for about 2,000 yards is under direct observation and was heavily shelled at the time, as was also the village of CACHY. Corporal NUNN's disregard of danger, and skill, enabled all the casualties to be rapidly cleared from the Regimental Aid Post, and undoubtedly saved the lives of many wounded men.'
