Commenced return to Australia from Suez on board HT 'Borda', 15 November 1915; disembarked, Melbourne, 13 December 1915; discharged (medically unfit: bullet wound, skull), Melbourne, 30 July 1916.

Statutory Declaration, Melbourne, 23 September 1919, declared true name to be Frederick Smith MILLS.
