Disembarked Egypt, 25 December 1915. Taken on strength of 12th Light Horse Regiment, Heliopolis, 22 February 1916. Marched into Tel el Kebir, 26 April 1916. Marched into Dueidar, 12 June 1916. Admitted to No 2 Light Horse Field Ambulance, Dueidar, 18 June 1916, and transferred to Casualty Clearing Station, Kantara, the same day (venereal disease); to Government Hospital, 19 June 1916; to No 1 Australian Dermatological Hospital, 21 June 1916; to quarantine, 19 July 1916; discharged, 20 July 1916, and marched into 2nd Light Horse Training Regiment, Tel el Kebir, the same day. Proceeded to unit, 5 August 1916; rejoined 12th Light Horse Regiment, Serapeum, 7 August 1916. Transferred to, and taken on strength of 4th Field Troop, Imperial Field Squadron, Sheik Zoward, 2 March 1917.
