Found guilty, 17 March 1916, of being absent without leave, 7 am-10 pm: awarded 168 hours' detention, and forfeited 1 day's pay under Royal Warrant.

Found guilty, 17 March 1916, of (1) drunkenness; (2) using obscene language; (3) disorderly conduct: awarded 28 days' Field Punishment No 2.

Taken on strength, 60th Bn, Duntroon Plateau, 20 April 1916.

Found guilty, 4 May 1916, of (1) drunkenness; (2) being absent without leave from 0530 to 1600, 26 April 1916; (3) conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline: awarded 28 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 1 day's pay under Royal Warrant.
