Admitted to 6th Australian Field Ambulance, 1 November 1916 (influenza); rejoined Bn from hospital, 7 November 1916. Admitted to 3rd Australian Field Ambulance, 30 November 1916 (rheumatism); rejoined Bn, in the field, 8 December 1916.
