Admitted to 15th Australian Field Ambulance, 16 July 1918 (tachcyardia), and transferred to 61st Casualty Clearing Station; to Ambulance train No 5, 18 July 1918; to 11th Stationary Hospital, Rouen, 19 July 1918 (debility); to England, 23 July 1918, and admitted to 1st Southern General Hospital, King's heath Section, Birmingham, 25 July 1918 (debility and influenza: severe); to 3rd Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 2 August 1918; discharged to No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 8 August 1918.
