Military Medal 'On 29th September, 1918, during operations South of BONY, Driver STEVENSON was leading a pack mule in rear of the Battalion when the Non Commissioned Officer in charge became a casualty, he at once assumed command and successfully delivered the ammunition to the Battalion Dump. On two separate occasions Driver STEVENSON brought up further supplies of bombs and ammunition through heavy shell and machine gun fire and the manner in which he held his troop ensured the success of the supply of all ammunition.'
