Taken on strength, 3rd Light Horse Training Regiment, 31 October 1916. Transferred to 8th Light Horse Regiment, 25 November 1916. Attached to 3rd Light Horse Brigade Headquarters, 22 July 1917; rejoined unit, 13 August 1917. Wounded in action, 12 December 1917; remained at duty. Admitted to Port Said Rest Camp, 1 July 1918; rejoined unit in Palestine, 16 July 1918.
