Transferred to the 14th Light Trench Mortar Battery, 6 July 1917. Sustained gunshot wound to the left arm, 27 September 1917, Polygon Wood, Belgium. Embarked Plymouth per H.T. Tras-os-Montes, 8 April 1916 and disembarked in Sydney, 25 May 1919.
