Admitted to 3rd Field Ambulance and transferred to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 14 September 1915; transferred to Hospital Ship and embarked for Egypt, 16 September 1915; disembarked Alexandria, Egypt, 21 September 1915; admitted to Ras el Tin Convalescent Camp, 5 October 1915; discharged to Base, 19 October 1915. Marched in to Overseas Base, 20 October 1915; transferred to Advanced Base, Mudros, 8 November 1915; rejoined unit, Gallipoli Peninsula, 17 November 1915; disembarked Alexandria, Egypt, 4 January 1916.
