Military Medal 'During the operations at POLYGON WOOD east of YPRES on 19/22nd September, 1917, Cpl. BRADLEY in a most skilful manner directed M.G. fire on to the enemy under most trying circumstances, and in fact it was through his ability that such heavy losses were inflicted on enemy reinforcements. He remained at his post under extemely heavy artillery fire, and by his cheerfulness and utter disregard of danger cheered on his men to achieve greater things.'
