Meritorious Service Medal 'For devotion to duty and continuous good work as Postal Supervisor to the Division for 14 months. This W.O. by his close attention to the postal affairs, at times under extremely adverse conditions, has contributed largely to the efficiency of the Postal Services of the Division. During the period 18th September to 31st September 1918, owing to te many moves of the division, his task has been very arduous but by diligent and constant work he has never been found wanting.'
