Found guilty, 7 February 1917, of being absent without leave from road working party from 3 pm to 5.30 pm, 6 February 1917: awarded 7 days' Field Punishment No 2.

Detached to Pigeon School, 11 June 1917; rejoined Bn, in the field, 15 June 1917.

Found guilty, 4 July 1917, of being absent without leave from Reveille, 7 am, till 9.45 pm, 3 July 1917: awarded 14 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 15 days' pay.
