Military Medal 'At ARMENTIERES on the night 26th/27th February, 1917, on the occasion of a raid on the enemy trenches by a Composite Battalion of his Brigade - Private TUTOR, on leaving our parapet, was wounded in the arm by a piece of shrapnel. Notwithstanding his wound he continued with his storming party, in which he was first bayonet man, throughout the whole operation, penetrating with his party to the enemy's third line, and carrying out his duty with courage and devotion. Strength of raiding party - 21 Officers, 604 other ranks.'
