Wounded in action, 5 April 1918 (gun shot wound, right arm); admitted to 4th General Hospital, 7 April 1918; transferred to 6th Convalescent Depot, Etaples, 9 April 1918; to 7th Convalescent Depot, Boulogne, 14 April 1918; to Base Depot, Havre, 22 April 1918; rejoined Bn, in the field, 8 May 1918.
