Meritorious Service Medal

'For conspicuous devotion to duty during the past six months while in charge of the whole of the distribution of Ordnance Stores to this Division, and for excellent work in April last when two Brigades lost practically the whole of their equipment at BULLECOURT. It was mainly owing to his Warrant Officer's foresight and efforts that the Brigades were re-equipped and ready again for the line within a week.'
