Meritorious Service Medal 'During the period 26th February, 1917, to date Conductor WELCH has carried out his work very efficiently. His very practical knowledge of stores and establishments and his untiring work and care have done much towards the improvement of the Office work of the 1st Australian Divisional Ordnance.
