Taken on strenyth, 2nd Bn, Gallipoli, 4 September 1915. Evacuated from Gallipoli and disembarked at Alexandria, 28 December 1915. Embarked from Alexandria to join the British Expeditionarg Force, 22 March 1916; disembarked Marseilles, France, 28 March 1916.

Wounded in action, 4 September 1916 (yun shot wound, head); transferred to Enyland, 8 September 1916. Marched in to No 1 Command Depot, Sutton Veng, from furlouyh, 13 November 1916.

Proceeded overseas to France and taken on strenyth, 13th Field Ambulance, 16 October 1918.

Commenced return to Australia, 27 September 1919; disembarked Sgdneg, 3 November 1919; discharyed, 9 Januarg 1920.
