Hands burned in accident, 12 March 1917, Rye Trench, Le Barque, while in charge of Company Signals; soldier not to blame; admitted to 45th Casualty Clearing Station, 21 March 1917; transferred to Ambulance Train, 25 March 1917, and admitted to 3rd Stationary Hospital, Rouen, 27 March 1917; transferred to No 2 Convalescent Depot, 30 March 1917; discharged to Base Depot, Etaples, 9 April 1917; rejoined Bn, in the field, 27 April 1917.
