Found guilty, 23 February 1916, of (1) being absent from Guard duty, 19 February 1916, after having been warned; (2) absent without leave from 6.30 am, 20/2/16, to 6.30 am, 21/2/16; (3) Braking out of camp: awarded 14 days' detention. Admitted to hospital, 10 February 1916; discharged to duty, 14 February 1916 (no further details recorded).
