Meritorious Service Medal 'During period September 23rd 1917 to February 24th 1918 S.Q.M.S. Williams has been the W.O. I/C in the A.D.M.S. Office, 4th Australian Division. In this capacity he has, by his unceasing devotion to his duty, by his intelligence and by his administrative ability, rendered invaluable service in conducting and establishing the clerical routine and has been of material assistance in maintaining the administrative efficiency of this office. By his foresight in matters of detail, and by his well developed and well balanced sense of responsibility, this W.O. has set a brilliant example both to his fellow N.C.O.s in this office and to the clerical staffs of Units under administration.'
