Rejoined unit at Gallipoli, 30 July 1915.

To hospital, 20 October 1915, and admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 20 October 1915 (diarrhea); transferred to HS 'Nevasa', 27 October 1915, and admitted to Valetta Hospital, Malta, 27 October 1915 (pyrexia); discharged to Ghain Tuffieha Convalescent Camp, 23 November 1915. transferred to No 1 Auxiliary Hospital, Cairo, 11 January 1916.
