Admitted to 39th General Hospital, Havre, 18 April 1919; transferred to England, and admitted to 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 19 April 1919; discharged, 6 June 1919; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 52 days.

Admitted to 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 9 June 1919; discharged to No 2 Group, Sutton Veney, 11 August 1919; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 64 days.

Commenced return to Australia on board HT 'Barambah', 3 September 1919; disembarked Melbourne, 25 October 1919; discharged (termination of period of enlistment), Brisbane, 28 November 1919.
