Campaigned in Egypt and Palestine, Syria. Admitted sick to hospital, 2 October 1918; transferred to 24th Stationary Hospital, 17 October 1918; to Port Said Rest Camp, 3 November 1918.

Commenced return to Australia on board HT 'Dorset', 29 April 1919; disembarked Melbourne, 11 June 1919; discharged, 26 July 1919.
