Embarked HS 'Karoola' for treatment in England, 27 September 1915; admitted to 3rd London General Hospital, Wandsworth, 5 October 1915 (enteric); taken on strength of Australian and New Zealand Base, Weymouth, 3 February 1916; placed on supernumerary list, 1 March 1916.
