Embarked Alexandria on HMT 'Abbasiah' for change, 8 January 1918; disembarked Taranto, 12 January 1918; proceeded to join British Expeditionary Force, Southampton, 24 January 1918; marched into No 3 Camp, Parkhouse, 24 January 1918.

Admitted to 1st Auxiliary Hospital, Harefield, 15 February 1918; discharged to No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 5 March 1918.

Commenced return to Australia on HT 'Carpentaria', 8 August 1918; disembarked Fremantle, 28 September 1918. Discharged as being medically unfit for continued service, Perth, 14 October 1918 (bronchial catarrh).
