Taken on strength, 11th Bn, Gallipoli, 4 june 1915.

Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, Gallipoli, 25 June 1915 (influenza); transferred same day to Fleet Sweeper, and admitted to 15th Stationary Hospital, Lemnos, 25 June 1915. Transferred to Base, 1 July 1915; disembarked HS 'Nile', Alexandria, 1 July 1915.

Admitted to No 1 Australian General Hospital, Ghezireh, 3 July 1915 (nerves); discharged to Ras el Tin Convalescent Depot, 6 July 1915; rejoined unit at Gallipoli, 24 August 1915.

Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 11 September 1915 (diarrhoea); transferred same day to Hospital Ship, and admitted to 25th Casualty Clearing Station, Imbros; transferred to Base, 16 September 1915.
