Admitted to 50th Field Ambulance, 28 February 1917, and transferred to 33rd Casualty Clearing Station (dental caries); transferred to 4th Stationary Hospital, Arques, 1 March 1917; discharged to unit, 11 March 1917, and rejoined unit, in the field. Proceeded on leave, 9 November 1918; rejoined unit from leave, 27 November 1918. Marched out to England for return to Australia, 17 March 1919; marched in to 2nd Training Brigade, Codford, 18 March 1919.
