Attended course of defensive measures against gas, No 1 Area Gas School, Chisledon, 9 February 1918; qualified 1st Class, 16 February 1918. Marched out of No 3 Camp Details, 9 March 1918; marched into Engineers Training Depot, Brightlingsea, 9 March 1918.
